A Retreat for Modern and Fast-Paced Living
The Coco house was designed for a bachelor in her early 40s. As an entrepreneur – her fast paced lifestyle required us to design a quiet, warm and indulgent space. The public space can function well for either one person or a group of people, as the client loves to host friends and family over the weekends.
Luxury and visual allure
Unique features define the Coco House, including floating pathways leading to a mesmerizing waterwall—the central focal point. The mosaic-finished pool and spa, coupled with fire features and a captivating fountain, contribute to an atmosphere of luxury and visual allure.
Adding an element of safety without compromising aesthetics, the property features a sophisticated safety glass enclosure.Visual impact takes center stage, playing with high-contrast light to evoke a serene yet dynamic ambiance, accentuated by shades of blue and pink.
